I’m Arthur Olshansky, CEO of Klik Solutions, a managed IT service provider headquartered in Baltimore, with several overseas offices. Back in 2012, along with my business partner, Neil Konstantoulas, started Federal Hill Solutions, a company that provided data back-up solutions and business continuity services. What began as a local business soon evolved by adding more IT-related services to provide an amazing IT experience to our customers. It was the beginning of what today is called, Klik Solutions.
Klik’s story is not a story of outstanding circumstances, but a story of outstanding people – courageous dreamers, incurable optimists, hard-working professionals, who faced challenges, and succeed. Neil and I met while working for an IT company selling data backup and infrastructure services. Our passion for tech, understanding of the industry, and market needs, as well as entrepreneurial mindset soon resulted in a simple but ambitious business idea.
We wanted to create a customer-friendly IT company with clients’ interests at the core. We had market knowledge, enthusiasm, and a pair of old laptops that couldn’t even work without being constantly plugged in. That’s how everything started. We also love building relationships with people and establishing a long-term partnership. That’s why we are constantly challenging an established idea of IT being solely a business expense. We put our customers and their happiness first. Combined with extensive tech expertise, always leads to great results.

One of the key components of my formula for success is being responsible. As a business owner you are responsible for the quality of services, customer satisfaction, and your team. That’s why switching from a stable job to starting your own business is never an easy initiative. Running a business is challenging, but exciting!
