Early Beginnings and Inspiration

Arthur Olshansky’s fascination with technology began at a young age, sparked by his cousin’s influence. “I began to tinker with computers at a very young age inspired by my cousin. Of course, it all started with gaming but then grew into simple programming,” Arthur recalls. 

His journey took a significant leap forward when his father bought him his first computer, a Commodore VIC-20. “My father was always supportive of my interactions with technology, and I think he saw I had a gift with this,” he reflects.

A College Shift

While initially pursuing a degree in Biology in college, Arthur’s path took an unexpected turn. “One of my friends told me about this new, emerging field, and I could not believe that there was a career opportunity in doing what I love to do,” he explains. This revelation led him to shift from biology to technology and find his first job in the field. He started in a job providing support for IBM and Compaq laptops for a large insurance company. This role marked the beginning of his professional journey in IT, a field he found both challenging and rewarding.

Passion for Innovation and Client Success

Arthur’s enthusiasm for technology is evident in his approach to his work. “This field is always changing, so it’s important to stay on top of new technologies. This includes new products and services,” he notes. His innate curiosity has driven him to stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring that Klik Solutions remains at the forefront of technological advancements.

What Arthur finds most fulfilling about his role is the impact technology can have on business growth. “I am very passionate about technology as a business growth enabler. I am very proud when our clients grow and prosper through different technology initiatives that we help implement,” he shares. This dedication to client success is a cornerstone of Arthur’s leadership and a testament to his commitment to leveraging technology for positive outcomes.
