Bill brings a unique, successful background combining customer service and engineering expertise as he evolves his role as Director of Customer Success. Prior to joining our team, Bill was a specialist for a global IT consulting firm where he traveled the world to ensure client projects exceeded customer expectations. That attention to the customer and the ability to translate tech into real results are how he led outsourced help desk teams with customers like Google, Toyota, and Goldman Sachs. Bill took an interesting path to IT, starting with a degree in Aircraft Mechanics from prestigious Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and training with Delta Airlines.
Bill lives on the Waterfront in Baltimore. When he’s not on the water sailing & kayaking, he enjoys flying gliders, traveling, and is a coffee aficionado. His real love is his eight young grandchildren.
