As Help Desk Manager, Eve is passionate about her hands on approach working with techs to solve client challenges. Eve started her professional career at Medifast, solving customer technical issues. Before joining Klik.Solutions, she was IT support to over 100 users and the IT for sensitive equipment at SAFT which provides power products for companies like Ferrari,Boeing, DoD and others. Seeing and solving technical challenges comes naturally to Eve. Starting as a child with a computer bigger than she was, Eve immersed herself in Windows (although now a big fan of Apple), infrastructure and coding – all before high school. The passion that led to a career in IT is why clients and end users love working with Eve and her team every day.

Eve lives in Baltimore County with her husband, daughter and dog Titan – a huge Cane Corso.  She enjoys her family, reading, cooking and is an avid car enthusiast as well as studying the “latest & greatest” technologies.
