Klik.Solutions continues to monitor the latest ongoing updates regarding COVID-19 “coronavirus”… 

Klik.Solutions has put our well planned, thoroughly tested internal contingency plans into action, maintaining our high level of client services without impact. 

As of this update, our SLA’s for ticket resolution are holding at 98%. This is considered excellent especially in light of the elevated ticket volume as clients adapt to a mobile workforce.

Essential client projects are also proceeding as planned with no disruption from the Klik team.

Arthur Olshansky

Arthur sets the tone for a positive, diverse culture and collaborative process with his broad experience balancing technology and business. He has over 20 years of global infrastructure, and network experience with companies including Kaiser Permanente Department of Defense Contractors, USF&G and others. Arthur has also founded several successful small businesses in and around IT. Arthur discovered a love for technology at an early age. During his collegiate career at the University of Maryland Baltimore County, he worked part time on a help desk for a local business where he found a real passion for helping provide people with a better technology experience. This passion for technology and user experience sets the tone for the Klik.Solutions mission focusing on our team, our clients, and their clients.

Born in Ukraine, Arthur holds a BS Degree in Information Systems from University of Maryland Baltimore County. He is a member of The Associated, and the Baltimore-Odessa Partnership. An avid hockey and futbal fan, and world traveler, Arthur truly enjoys spending family time with his wife, two active boys, and dog pack.



Roman is the quarterback of the klik.solutions technical team and operations centers. Roman has been technical since day one as a second generation IT pro. He brings over 15 years of infrastructure, network, and application experience across several heavily regulated verticals including healthcare, legal, and financial. Roman’s knowledge of data compliance plus the ability to communicate in non-technical terms earns the klik.solutions team rave reviews from clients and vendors alike.

Roman holds a BS Degree in Applied Information Technology from the University of Baltimore. A lifelong Maryland resident, Roman lives in Baltimore County with his wife, two boys, two dogs and cat.

A co-founder of Klik.Solutions, Neil leads a collaborative business development team with a positive, impactful enthusiasm. With over 20 years in the IT industry including tech staffing, Neil has a detailed understanding of the nuanced relationship between technology experts and end users. His broad experience includes providing qualified resources for companies ranging from SMB to enterprise organizations including DISH Network. On the IT side of the industry, Neil’s business development experience includes successful client engagements with local Maryland software firms, and a Department of Defense solutions integrator. Neil’s genuine passion for people resonates throughout the entire Klik.Solutions team and is a factor in our high client retention rate. 

Originally from Freehold, NJ and a Towson University graduate, Neil is proudly involved with Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Baltimore, Make-A-Wish Foundation, and is a member of many Baltimore area business leadership groups.Neil is a proud foodie, a true sports fan with a passion for soccer & Yankees baseball, and loves to travel. He lives in Baltimore City with his wife and 4 children – where Neil takes pride in helping them reach their athletic dreams.


Marc Winter
Chief Marketing Officer

Delivering the messaging through kilk.solutions marketing efforts and leading client focused solutions advisors, Marc brings over 30 years of experience from outside of the technology sector. Entrepreneurial experience with successful manufacturing and marketing agency businesses, plus marketing expertise learned from some of the most innovative minds in sports bring a different approach to the level of value we bring to your business. 

A native New Yorker, Marc has a degree in Sport Industry from Ohio University. Marc is a proud supporter of Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Baltimore, and is a coach South Baltimore Little League and South Baltimore Youth Soccer League. When not talking sports/business, you can find him on the golf course, softball field or reliving the glory days singing karaoke. Proud father of 2 daughters, Marc lives in the Federal Hill neighborhood of Baltimore City .


Bill Pritchard
Director of Customer Success

Bill brings a unique, successful background combining customer service and engineering expertise as he evolves his role as Director of Customer Success. Prior to joining our team, Bill was a specialist for a global IT consulting firm where he traveled the world to ensure client projects exceeded customer expectations. That attention to the customer and the ability to translate tech into real results are how he led outsourced help desk teams with customers like Google, Toyota, and Goldman Sachs. Bill took an interesting path to IT, starting with a degree in Aircraft Mechanics from prestigious Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and training with Delta Airlines. 

Bill lives on the Waterfront in Baltimore. When he’s not on the water sailing & kayaking, he enjoys flying gliders, traveling, and is a coffee aficionado. His real love is his eight young grandchildren. 


Dave Zimmerman
Technical Services Manager

As Technical Services Manager, Dave brings an incredible amount of experience to our technical team and clients. Starting as an entrepreneur, and working with higher profile MSP’s, he moved to IT leadership at the Baltimore Zoo prior to joining Klik.Solutions. Dave’s unique shared experiences with clients of all sizes, budgets, and requirements as well as a lifelong passion for connecting people with technology benefit all of our clients. Hooked on computers from an early age, Dave immersed himself in servers & networking in high school. One of his most heartfelt accomplishments was receiving high recognition for his volunteer experience teaching seniors to use computers at the local Senior Citizen Action Center. Dave has an Associates Degree from Pennsylvania College of Technology and is certified in Microsoft, CompTIA A+, Net+, and in a broad range of solutions we support.

A Baltimore resident, Dave enjoys spending time with his dog & husband, working on remodeling their home, and relaxing with his neighborhood family.


Evelina Fishman
Help Desk Manager

As Help Desk Manager, Eve is passionate about her hands on approach working with techs to solve client challenges. Eve started her professional career at Medifast, solving customer technical issues. Before joining Klik.Solutions, she was IT support to over 100 users and the IT for sensitive equipment at SAFT which provides power products for companies like Ferrari,Boeing, DoD and others. Seeing and solving technical challenges comes naturally to Eve. Starting as a child with a computer bigger than she was, Eve immersed herself in Windows (although now a big fan of Apple), infrastructure and coding – all before high school. The passion that led to a career in IT is why clients and end users love working with Eve and her team every day.

Eve lives in Baltimore County with her husband, daughter and dog Titan – a huge Cane Corso.  She enjoys her family, reading, cooking and is an avid car enthusiast as well as studying the “latest & greatest” technologies.
