In June 2018, the Computing Technology Industry Association (CompTIA) polled over 400 IT and business professionals about managed IT services. The results showed a significant benefit in both cost and efficiency for a good portion of the respondents.

According to the poll results, 46 percent of organizations that utilize a Managed Services Provider (MSP) say they have reduced annual IT budgets by at least 25% as a result of adopting managed services. And 13 percent of those respondents estimated their savings at 50% or more. 50 percent of poll participants said they have cut annual IT costs by 1 to 24 percent. That means a whopping 96 percent of respondents replied that their MSP .

These numbers are on par with the Klik.Solutions metrics. Our managed services clients typically see savings of 20% to 30% over the monthly cost of their previous provider.
