Network Operations Center Lead
Location USA, Baltimore
This role will report to the Network Operations Manager. To be considered for this role, you should be a thoughtful leader, helping our people develop, learn, and grow with KLIK solutions. For this role we are looking for someone with vision on how to assist the NOC manager in building out a mature Network Operations Center across Ukraine, United States, Amsterdam, and the Netherlands.
The network operations lead responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assist in the Management of the day-to-day activities of network operations team responsible for all aspect of maintaining a distributed network, including preventative maintenance, fault isolation, manage connectivity, network performance and timely outage resolution.
Assist NOC manager in Managing all aspects of network operations center.
Be a leader in Maintaining network software configurations.
Assist with Managing the distribution of patches and software releases as needed.
Assist with Network and system trouble shooting.
Assist with Maintain all monitoring tools.
Assist with Maintaining alarm conditions as well as escalation processes and procedures.
Leading and defining the process of troubleshooting and participating in change management and root cause analysis.
Interfacing with Support Center, field Support, Security Operations Center, Technical Services engineering team, Project Team, equipment vendors, and network service providers
Insure proper MSP On-Boarding Validation
Assist with Verify Backups
Assist with the Management and support of Client facing infrastructure
Act as a senior escalation point for team members.
Ensure Trending and analysis tickets are completed in a timely manner.
Candidate Experience Requirements:
A minimum 4 years’ experience in a Help Desk / IT Support center role Or Network Operations Center is required.
Sound knowledge of computer hardware/software, mobile devices, operating systems, and networking related technologies is required.
Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel), MS Exchange and, Active Directory, and mobile devices (Android) to include 365.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, phone etiquette, data entry and soft skills
Must be customer focused and service oriented, attentive to details, with ability to multi-task and act with professionalism always.
Flexible M-F schedule, occasional Saturday-Sunday on rotating basis
