By declining IT systems improvement recommendations, the “customer” understands and acknowledges that Klik.Solutions recommends upgrading certain equipment to current and supported technology and Customer has been informed of the potential risks of using outdated, unsupported, or obsolete equipment (“Legacy Equipment”).
Risks of using Legacy Equipment include, but are not limited to:
- IT system or network downtime or interruption that may affect business operations.
- Hardware or software malfunction, causing data loss or system failures.
- Security vulnerabilities that can be exploited by cybercriminals, leading to unauthorized access to data and cyber-attacks, such as viruses, malware, or other forms of malicious code or actions.
- Our ability to resolve Customer issues under the SLA guidelines may be affected by the unavailability of technical support from the manufacturers and suppliers of outdated equipment and applications.
